Terms of service with possibility to link outside WP site

  • Hi,
    A client of mine has asked to incorporate in their WP site a Terms of service agreement that their clients will have to agree to before being transferred to a different URL – they are using some registration system that is outside their WP site.
    Does such a Plugin exist?
