Terms of Service/Social log in overide problem

Hi there, I’m looking for some help on a website I’m designing. it’s a site that will allow users to write reviews, before they write the reviews I need them to agree to the terms of conditions.

I want it so that they have to agree only when they register and can post as many reviews as they want after.

I ran into a problem with the facebook Log on option (Nextend Facebook Connect) because it allows the user to register/log in without having to check off that they agree to the terms.

Does anyone know a fix for this?
