Terrible!

  • Paid for the $8 version. The download link didn’t work, tried all avenues of support with no response and only responded days later when raised a Paypal case. Then they sent the same link – three times. Eventually emailed the plugin as a zip file. Installed it and when I used it to upload images the thumbnails showed as broken links. Still waiting for a response from their support team. A complete waste of money and more importantly time!

  • I had a very similar experience. Their support team, it should be noted, DOES NOT WORK ON WEEKENDS, and even during the week, their response time is lethargic by general standards. Perhaps its just one person working out of their basement or something, so unless you have a LOT of time to kill, think twice about this product. I went with another product and have had much better results.
