• I get a fatal error when I try to activate it. The support from Automattic is non-existent. I’ve worked for weeks to set up my estore and can’t open it because the theme relies on it. So pissed!

    Hello, there.

    Would you be able to try disabling all other plugins except for Jetpack to see if the issue continues when you try an activation? If everything looks normal while doing so, then you can switch on each other plugin one by one until you see the problem happen again, though hopefully once you’re activated, there will be no more trouble.

    If you still see the issue even with all other plugins disabled, could you also try switching out your theme for a more minimalistic one (such as Twenty Twenty One) to make sure this isn’t some sort of theme conflict?

    I switched the theme to Twenty Twenty One and it still caused a fatal error when trying to activate. Disabling all plugins did not work either.
