Terrible

  • Why is this plugin so wonky? Every other day I get messages that products are not approved when they have been on there for 2 years. Make it make sense – how is Cocoa not an approved product when it is part of FB dropdown settings in WooCommerce. Managing the connection does nothing. It seems that the pixel chooses which products to update. Also creates duplicates – most of my products have dupes to X4, all with different ID numbers.

    For the products not approved, this is something I’d recommend checking with the Facebook support team, since the information is not accessible to us.

    For the duplicate products with different IDs, can you please create a new support ticket and link to this thread, so we can help resolved that?
