    Hi @umair975,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced following the installation of ElementsKit. We understand the challenges you are encountering, which typically arise when the PHP-TIME-LIMIT and PHP-MEMORY-LIMIT of your website are set below the recommended values. The recommended values are:

    - PHP time limit = 300
    - PHP memory limit = 512M

If you’re unsure how to configure these, please contact your hosting provider, they’ll do this for you. You can see your current configurations from?Tools > Site Health > Info > Server?(https://d.pr/v/zrw0XL).

Up next, you can disable the unused ElementsKit Widgets and Modules from?ElementsKit > Widgets?and?ElementsKit > Modules. (https://d.pr/v/2eb91l).

Rest assured that this issue is not a fault of ElementsKit but rather a result of your website’s low server configuration. After implementing the solution I provided, your editor will work just fine.

Moving past that, we genuinely hope that you will look beyond this issue and enjoy using our product. If you do, we would also greatly appreciate it if you reconsider your 1-star rating, as you know this is detrimental to our reputation.

Furthermore, we are always dedicated to helping our users with free support. Please check the plugin’s details page and you’ll find our support forum link. Should you need any assistance in the future, please don’t hesitate to inform us.

    Thanks,
    Moin
