Terrible

  • It might be a good theme but the demo data wouldn’t load. If that isn’t working it doesn’t fill me with confidence for the rest of it.

    Hello @steve_bolton,

    Here are few things we would like to say to you.

    • First of all, the demo import process is not the theme function but the plugin function, theme has nothing to do with demo import. We just provided demo data so that user can start project quick
    • In the most of the cases failed demo import process is your server fault, memory limit, less execution time etc….
    • Also this kind of problem should be asked in the support forum ( https://www.acmethemes.com/supports/ or https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/infinite-photography/ ), we could guide you to right direction.

    Since this in not theme related issue, we hope you will update your review.
