• The bits of that work are awful and not intuitive in any shape or form.

    It looks awful

It clashed with Site origin PageBuilder (which, to be fair is a superior editor , so why do i need this ?)

The rest doesn’t work. Many error messages.

I’m all for progress and improving WP but why has any time or effort been wasted on trying to make something that already exists in the form of SO PB ? how many hours of peoples time have been wasted on this subpar concept (just look a the reviews !!)

Thanks for the feedback. I am sorry you got a bad experience when combined with the Site Origin page builder. Can I ask did you still get error messages without the page builder? That’s not saying it won’t overtime work with the builder but I would like to work out where the errors are coming from.

    Hi Tammie,

I have tested the plugin on various of our test sites. On all of them I get the error on all blocks.

“This block has encountered and error and cannot be previewed”

Removing SOPB has a minimal effect of a few blocks starting to work and I can see the editor and use it , but then they randomly fail again and return to the error. I returned one site the standard WordPress template and it still failed. Deactivated all plugins in addition but no effect.

    A few other thoughts

The editor seems to sit in a very narrow box in the middle of the screen ? this seems unusual to me and gives a false impression of the look and feel of the item you are creating.

Finally , we use SOPB (selected over various others for its simplicity and ease of use for our customers). For us, I feel this plugin needs to mature to that level before it is pushed out (if it can’t do what SOPB can do it is no use to us – I would not offer this tool to our customers as its would be a step back).

If its intended to just be an editor its too much and if its intended to be a page builder its too little.

    hope this is helpful !
