Terrible buggy plugin

There is one very big flaw in this plugin. The points are burned when the buyer used them, but did not complete the payment. Everyone knows that woocommerce automatically deletes orders that have not been paid for by customers after some time. So, if woocommerce deletes an order, the points are not returned back to the buyer’s account. They are considered used. You can’t work with this plugin. We are tired of restoring points manually every time, and the buyers are very angry. In addition, the glasses control system is very inconvenient. I do not understand why it was not possible to display the points in the client’s card on the administration page or in his order, so that the administrator could immediately add additional points without leaving the order page. The plugin is very crude and I will definitely not buy the paid version.
