• I am updating my rating to a 4. Estatik reached out to me and is now working with me to resolve the remaining website issues. Estatik had a legitimate reason for having difficulty communicating with me – which I will not go into detail about in order to insure their safety. Once Estatik did reach out to me to answer my questions (instead of just basically stating in emails that they do not do support via emails), their customer service was five star. My initial difficulties getting proper communication, compiled with the recent great customer service, raises Estatik’s rating to a 4.

    Hi Karen,

    We sent multiple replies to your hotmail email from different emails as it looks like you never received any of our replies. Please check your spam folder or renew your support and submit your support ticket via Support Area.

    You purchased the plugin last year and if your support coverage ended, you need to renew it. We never state that our support is lifetime.

    Customizations that were done in 2021 were tested, delivered and approved by you. If in 2 years some issues appear, please describe it and our team will have a look into it.

    I updated my rating after Estatik personnel reached out to me to answer my questions. (Estatik’s initial emails did not answer my questions). Estatik personnel are now working with me to resolve my website issues. Thank you for your assistance!
