• I do not recommend this plugin at all!

    I didn’t easily understand how it’s organized and the support is quite unfriendly. I am uninstalling this and using another plugin.

    No one forces anybody to create a plugin and provide support, so if it’s to be rude to users, might as well do something else.

    In my defense: you replied to an old thread (in the ‘resolved’ forum) for a problem unrelated to yours. While you may think that is the right thing to do because your problem seemed related, it is not. I pointed that out and even gave you the answer to your problem. You might have interpreted my answer wrong, but that is your choice of course.
    The second thread you started was just giving me your mail settings and saying “it doesn’t work”. Even there I gave an answer as to what you can try (without a reaction).
    I do my best to provide immediate support, if the question follows the netiquette.
    I now posted guidelines on the support forum for people to follow, and will in the future just point to that if the post violates the guidelines.
    I also wish you all the best in your search for another event plugin.

    I cannot understand this review. OK, it has a learning curve, but the documentation and support in my humble opinion is outstanding! This is by far the best events plugin I found thus far with a zero price tag!
