Terrible for top-of-page promo bars

    Huge waste of time.

    No website owner wants to insert a promo bar that covers the header and/or menu bar! A promo bar should be inserted ABOVE the top-most content and shift all existing content down. This plugin does NOT do that.

    This plugin is supposed to do what you are expecting. If it’s not working for you, it could be a CSS conflict, configuration issue, bug in the plugin, etc. There could be many reasons. We help our users through “Support Threads”. I would appreciate if you allow us to help you to fix this issue rather than leaving one star reviews.
