    I’m sorry for the misunderstanding. You don’t have to pay a dime for Formidable ever again if you don’t want to. Your original purchase includes lifetime updates and access to Formidable.

    The email is simply to let you know that your support has expired. This means if you want to ask us questions in the Help Desk, you would need to renew your support so we can assist you there. You can still post bug reports in the help desk if needed regardless of your support status.

    Once again, expired support does NOT affect your license or use of Formidable. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding. Let me know if you have any questions about this.

    It does clear things up. I was sticker shocked at that email. Maybe a bit more detail on what that renewal does and doesn’t include can help keep ratings like this from happening. Thank you for the quick reply.

    Yes, definitely. I’ll discuss it with the team to see if we can come up with a way to make this more clear in the email and on the website.

    In the mean time, would you be interested in adjusting your review? Or do you still feel that the 1 star is deserved? If so, no need to adjust it.

    I think you should see an “Edit” link for each of your posts in here (on the left side underneath ‘Posted x minutes ago’).

    I just want to let you know that we did adjust the wording in our support reminder email to avoid confusion for other users.
