Terrible IT Support

Been using Printful for a couple of years now. Historically their products, pricing, and IT support was great. These past couple of months though absolutely TERRIBLE IT SUPPORT! I wrote IT support about my store not syncing and they gave me the most basic of basic obvious response. I told them we already tried there solution (wait and try again) and it is still not syncing (Printful and WooCommerce/WordPress). FOUR more times they wrote the same type of email to me with no new info. Literally they said, try again in 5 minutes. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR TWO WEEKS NOW. It’s like the IT support team doesn’t know what they are doing and reading a broken script. I may switch providers over this. Even though it’s a hassle, it will be worth it to get quality support elsewhere. Two giant thumbs down Printful IT Support. ????????
