• Been using Printful for a couple of years now. Historically their products, pricing, and IT support was great. These past couple of months though absolutely TERRIBLE IT SUPPORT! I wrote IT support about my store not syncing and they gave me the most basic of basic obvious response. I told them we already tried there solution (wait and try again) and it is still not syncing (Printful and WooCommerce/WordPress). FOUR more times they wrote the same type of email to me with no new info. Literally they said, try again in 5 minutes. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR TWO WEEKS NOW. It’s like the IT support team doesn’t know what they are doing and reading a broken script. I may switch providers over this. Even though it’s a hassle, it will be worth it to get quality support elsewhere. Two giant thumbs down Printful IT Support. ????????

    While Printful currently doesn’t provide IT solutions for internal Woocommerce problems, we are constantly keeping an eye on such errors to improve our services. Most errors are coming from the Woocommerce or hosting servers and our team has limitations on what we can do to get errors resolved from our side.
