terrible paid support

I have paid for a license for multiple websites on Updraft Cloud. Now I want to upgrade my paid account for more websites. The website does not have an option to upgrade your account, which I think is strange. So I contacted support on how to proceed. I have been emailing with support who only send me a link for a different product. I got no reply to my real questions. I have resend my questions again, but I got no help at all on how to proceed. I just want to upgrade my paid account for more websites which shouldn’t be as hard for a customer. I think the paid support is very bad and something to think of before you move on with this product.
