Terrible Plugin

I installed this plugin as I have heard it is used by some of my favourite food bloggers, so I went ahead and excitedly downloaded it. Done, read instructions, activated, configured on the setting page. Now when I go into post visual to write a post, there is no knife and fork icon. So I’ve tried creating new posts, editing existing ones, re-downloading… nothing.

But that’s not my main reason for the one star, I posted this topic on the support forum three weeks ago, then followed up a week ago, then again today, and the only reply I have had is from a member telling me the button is in post visual mode… i KNOW that. the whole point of the post is that it WASN’T there.

I also emailed Ziplist directly with no reply. All in all it is the level of support that concerns me. As a food blogger if there were any issues and then no support, that’s not good. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
