Terrible plugin – it overtook Dashboard & locked everything

Hi @aahulsebos – thank you very much for replying and for suggested fix. I am glad to hear that it was just a mistake and that you are aiming to fix it. For non-developers, though, it is a critical problem. But as a developer it is easy to fix it like this. ??

i wonder what you changed in the update 2 weeks ago – i still have the problem: with complianz plugin active, i cannot access the wp dashboard. i only see the complianz message “the wizard is currently in use by user with id: [id nr] To prevent conflicts during saving the wizard is temporarily locked. the lock wil automatically clear after two minutes.”
none of that information is true in my case: no user with mentioned id is using complianz wizard and the lock does not clear after two minutes or 20 minutes.
i can only access my wp dashboard by turning the plugin off via ftp.
can you please point me to a solution so that i can use complianz again?
