Terrible plugin, not recommended

  • I have wasted quite some time with this plugin to then decide to dump it.
    Syncing with the facebook shop is just not working right. In my case, the product variations have not been properly imported and processed.
    Instead of around 80 products with according variations, the plugin added 491 products to the FB shop. Turning every single variation into a product.
    No way to solve this issue, no support received, just found many many dissapointed entries from forum users with similar problems all over the place.
    It is easier and faster to enter each and every product manually than trying to automate this process with this plugin.
    Sorry, I have really tried hard, but it is just a bad piece of software.

    I’m so sorry to hear your experience with the plugin has been far from favorable! We’re trying to make improvements and iron out bug fixes to the plugin as we go, with first targetting what we considered the most pressing issues merchants were experiencing.

    It seems that we’ve still not solved all of these, however, given the issues you’ve detailed here. I’d love to take a look further at this if you’ll be giving the plugin another go in the future, though I completely understand if you’re currently not interested given the hassle experienced so far.

    I’ve also tried to find a support request to us that we might have missed, as that is definitely a cause for concern for me as well. I’m afraid I can’t see any incoming requests that seem to match the issue you’re describing, so it would be great if you could let me know where you raised the request!

    Apologies once again that we haven’t lived up to expectations this time around. I hope that you may consider using the plugin again in the future once we’ve had time to resolve some additional issues.
