    Wok up this morning to find the product had managed to change from 1 post 8 hours to 1 post every minute. 4 hours non stop posting onto our facebook page and twitter accounts causing god knows what damage to our follower base

    Couldn’t stop it by pressing the stop sharing button so had to deactivate and delete the plugin before it would stop doing it

    Reinstalled it and it now no longer connects to twitter

    Would highly recommend not using this product, and definitely do not pay for the pro package

    Hi Tom,

    We understand your frustration but would you mind giving us more details about this issue? It could also be an issue with your server or a conflict with another plugin. Whatever it is, we can’t help you without more information about this issue.

    Can you please tell us what happened and if any error messages appear in your log? If yes then what were those messages?

    Hi Hardeep, no there was no error messages in the log, we had added no new plugins or changed any server configuration. The plugin just literally suddenlt started posting non stop every single minute. We have uninstalled/deleted a few times and reinstalled and it now appears to be workng and connecting to twitter. How long this lasts for… Who knows..?

    Another issue that has now come up since the reinstall is the post time changes every time you view the manage queue page

    Could you send us your System Info report so we could check if everything is right? And please take this out from www.ads-software.com forum as it’s only for the Free version of our plugin. Because you’re a Pro customer, you can contact us directly using https://revive.social/support/
