Hi jsc420,
I would like to respond to your comment.
First off you clearly haven’t visited the support forums for our plugin or you would see how active we are in them. If you take a look at the forums you’ll see responses to the vast majority of forum posts by either myself or Peter Baylies who is our lead developer for All in One SEO Pack. We respond to every report of a bug and if we confirm it is a bug with our plugin we release an update very quickly, as can be seen by checking our changelog. Our closure rate and satisfaction rate for support is extremely high which I think is great given this is all done for free.
Secondly, if there is a feature that doesn’t work for you but works for every other user of the plugin don’t you think that it’s more likely to be a conflict with your theme or another plugin. If you visited the support forums and found dozens of people reporting the same issue then it’s much more likely to be a bug with our plugin and you’ll see that we respond immediately and fix the problem. There is evidence throughout the support forums to back this up.
We don’t push people to purchase our premium plugin. We don’t use dirty tricks to force you to pay for support. Users purchase the premium plugin because they want to support the development of one of the most widely used WordPress plugins and ensure that we can continue to develop a top class product that can be distributed to every WordPress user for free.
