    1. Lack of support from SiteGround host agents
    2. Close the ticket prior to resolve
    3. Do not resolve
    4. Have advised that their server ip is blacklisted = they tell me not to be concerned
    5. I tell them my all domain emails; order emails, customer form emails, important security emails go to SPAM
    6. I ask to be placed on an alternative server in my country – no action
    7. I ask why SG is blocking actions by another optimiser plugin
    8. SG Optimizer plugin drives CLS Google Metrics for mobile into extremely high levels
    Beware – SG optimizer plugin ONLY to be used for memcache.

    The ticket in SG support area was very clear in detailing which domain I referred to Dimitar. Either way; that is irrelevant. I am on a shared server that is marked as blacklist. I requested that ticket to be re-opened please via your customer service agent, I dont think I should be raising a new ticket after the current one not being finalised. I have another question to ask in follow up, no need to close a ticket and not provide a client with less than 30 minutes to respond. Extremely dissapointed.
