• I bought the pro version 3 days ago with priority support. Just after my first gallery I noticed some weird issues, especially on mobile phones and contacted the support. Well, even if the start was difficult cause they had some hard time qualifying properly my issues, all i can say is things completely changed when cristian and mihaela stepped in : Clear explanations, smart workarounds, short term improvement commitments, generous compensation, an really nice behaviour.

    In other words : Legit 5 stars! Great looking gallery, great performances, great support.

    First of all, on behalf of our company, I want to extend our apologies for your experience so far. While we pride ourselves with the support offered it is clear we failed in this case.

    I found your support ticket and replies and I can understand why you were disappointed. My colleague misunderstood your questions (text-based communication tends to be harder) and did not properly evaluate what you reported to him, because of that he gave you an invalid solution.
