• The plugin looks nice but I can say it’s by far the WORST support experience I had so far with a wordpress plugin company.

    I bought the plugin 2 days ago. Just after installing I had immediately a shortcode issue (some other users have apparently the same problem) and opened a support ticket. Well 2 days after, nobody replied to me at all. Not a single word !

    I asked for a refund yesterday and still no answer at all even if they proudly show their “100% No-Risk Money Back Guarantee!” on their website.

    So disappointing.

    Hello thanks but I talked to your support representative who just ignored my help request. Not even a “yes” or “no”. Basically he told me that what I was trying should just work… Thanks!
    Finally I was refunded 3 weeks ago. So I no longer have any ninja active licence.
