    There seems to be little or no support for this plugin which is a shame because it has lots of potential especially with the paid add-ons.

    I have been trying to get help with some issues and have emailed the developers Graphpaperpress from their site but even after one email reply asking for a url to demonstrate the problem, nothing further has been forthcoming and that was 10 days ago now.

    Nervous about committing money for the extras at the moment.

    This support forum at www.ads-software.com is not regularly monitored. We have a private ticketing system that we use for all paying customers. As stated in the very top message, if you think you found a bug, please post it to the public issue tracker at GitHub:

    Thad – Thank you for your reply. The first post makes no mention whatsoever about reporting bugs on github unless its buried in one of the links. In any case that site is extremely confusing to me and I have no idea how to post there.

    I am trying seriously to evaluate this pending purchase of ALL the extra modules so am not really going to pay $39 per month to get some help! As stated I emailed a presale enquiry and got a response from Rick requesting a url which I supplied and have since followed up twice but still nothing.

    Njkuiper6 – thank you for the offer. Can I take a look at your site please? Would you share?

    I bought all the extensions so now entitled to paid support but so far nothing has changed. Emailed several times since yesterday but only 1 acknowledgment telling me the office was closed! They commit to responding within 24 hours.

    I understand there used to be a forum which would have been great – at least you could have got some help or looked through other people’s problems for an answer.

    Maybe you can help with this. My collections are page breaking after 5 images. I see yours break after 10. My reading settings are set to 30 so wonder is there somewhere else this is set.

    Also, I purchased and activated the discounts extension but can’t see it in the menu or find it any place else. Ideas?

    This is a bug in the latest version. I am told it will be fixed next time round. There’s a file on gitbub:
