This plugin seems to be working correctly with the exception of unusual formatting in the display of the variable options on an Elementor Single Product template. Extremely wide space between rows etc. I have been trying for 4 days to just get GetWoo to tell if they have custom css that I can use to fix it or if they can advise how to go about obtaining custom css through purchase etc. They have responded 4 times with the simple answer that they don’t understand what I’m talking about eventhough I have emailed and attempted to upload screen shots of the issue. The upload image button on their tech support interface appears not to work properly. The most recent response include a link to a software download “this is how you take a screen shot”. This is laughable. Very frustrating. Woocommerce tech support was kind enough to provide me with custom css that has at least for now solved some of the problem.
After receipt of review Mr. Ehsaan, developer of the plugin emailed me directly and organized a skype meeting whereby he created custom CSS for me on the spot while I watched and approved the changes. This has now moved from a poor experience to on eof the best I have ever had. His help has created a beautful appearance on my site and he was very gracious to provide it to me at no additional cost. These changes were necessary due to the fact that I am using Elementor Single Product Template.
