Terrible support

The plugins work ok but the customer support is terrible. I reached out 4 times on separate occasions and never heard back from them. I requested to cancel during my free trial so I wouldn’t have to pay for a plugin that wasn’t working and they never replied so I got billed. Definitely a pain and I would never use a plugin from these guys again. (I am giving it 2 stars just because the plugins seem to be fairly well built.)
