Terrible support

Bought the pro version and it didn’t work because it requires a plugin that is no longer available in the WordPress repository. I reported it via chat and email, and it took them over 24 hours to reply asking what the problem was, even though it was clearly explained. After explaining it again, a few more hours with no response, so I ended up opening a case in PayPal, which I had used to pay. Here is the surprise turn: As soon as I opened the case, they contacted me… but not to fix the problem! They wanted me to close the case in order to give support. In short, I elevated the case to dispute and uninstalled the not working theme. What a waste of time.
