• We have been trying to get support for over a week now. Our website is not syncing with Mailchimp and no matter what we try the issue can’t be resolved. We followed all the steps from Mailchimp assistant several times, had a chat with Penny and when we indicated her suggestions make no sense she just closed the chat. We have a paid plan but are not able to use the plugin. Just terrible and utterly frustrating! We’ll probably just switch to a different plugin as Mailchimp is just causing stress at this point.
