• terrible support. i do not suggest this or any other plugin from Mark at Ignitewoo. I’ve given him way too much time to resolve multiple PAID and “supported” plugin issues for WooCommerce extensions.

    TL:DR Stay AWAY from IgniteWoo.

    Thanks for you opinion.

We do our best to support our free software. However there’s only so much time the day to offer free support for free software. So you might experience a delay in getting a response. Just depends on how busy we are.

Even worse, after a long period of trying to reach this company and spending quite a bit of money on their plugin. My account has been removed it seems. There’s no way to log in for me. And none of my emails are responded to.

I guess the flame as their logo stands for your time and money burning in front of your eyes.

We never delete user accounts, so apparently if you had a account you’ve forgotten the account info. It happens to all of us some time or other.

We checked, there’s no orders or users with “trisy” anywhere in the data. Nor is there any request in our support queue and archives a similar name.

On our Web site is a contact form, and at the top of every page is a phone number. Feel free to contact us for help.

The account was indeed on my side, excuse me for that.

Please check your records on ‘Tristan’ Forgot all previous requested support. I’ve managed to solve that in some other ways. I have however requested new support about the phone order plugin, the documentation for this plugin is just as bare as the plugin options itself. All I need is an extra field to save to a user data field.

Again I’m being completely ignored by IgniteWoo.
Such a nice way to treat your paying customers.
