I just checked the support log and I had seen the issue is resolved successfully. Your last response was a thank you message to us for resolving the issue. The issue was actually an extension that was disabled by your server which is required to run WPPayForm. I can also see that one of our developers wrote a detailed response and then I myself created a video in support of our developer statement about the issue.
