    They don’t answer questions of paid users on the forum and pass you to email. And they don’t respond to emails. It’s scam.

    We did have answered your question, briefly in the forum.
    Forum policy requires not to discuss PRO options in the forum, as this forum is created for the FREE users only.
    For more detailed assistance we have asked you to contact us via our Support email address, where our friendly professionals would happily provide you with all the necessary information needed.

    We haven’t received any emails from you, though.
    This is really strange, as there are dozens of our users contacting us daily, and they all get immediate responses with needed assistance.

    Please, try to contact us again, so we can assist you accordingly.

    We hope you can change this bad review, as this is really confusing and misleading.

    I will change the review once the issue is resolved and will replace it with a positive review as soon as we can address the problem. For now, I have paid you guys for a product I cannot use and have not received responses.

    Regarding your comment on “we have answered your question, briefly in the forum.”, here is all the answer I received from you, which basically passes me to the email address I have used and have not received any responses from:

    I have now contacted you guys via your website contact us page. Still no replies. This is certainly not an email issue…
