Terrible Support – impossible to submit to Apple Store

I should say that I have a lifetime deal with this with no restrictions. It is fairly easy to make an app from your website, although there are still bugs in the process. However, I got my app made very quickly. Then I managed to submit it to the Google Play store. So far so good. Then they nightmare started….

I have been trying for months now to get an app accepted to the Apple Store. it is a simple blog site with nothing special about it, but it is impossible to get it submitted. I tried to resolve the issues with the support team, but they take up to 2 weeks to respond to a support request and give dire warnings about submitting multiple tickets so you are absolutely powerless to try and get things progressed. So I paid for their module to submit to Apple store. It did not work. When I contacted support they advised it would only work once the app was already accepted onto the apple store not the first time – it would have been helpful to know that before they took my money! In desperation I paid the for them to submit the app and it was still refused on the same grounds with the same problem. I tried again to get this resolved through support and again it took over a week for them to get back to me. They asked me to arrange an a appointment to chat with them, then they didn’t come on the chat. I am so fed up with this poor service and poor product.

What is the point of having a product that can only be used on Android since it is pretty much impossible to get it accepted in the Apple Store?
