• With the “free” version you waste time, allow them to see all you data and get nothing in return but lousy minimal info. Just head over to Analytics and see all data for free.

    Hi @tekgirlymama,

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I’m really sorry about the frustration here.

When you connect MonsterInsights to your Google Analytics property, we only ask for the permissions needed to work seamlessly with your Google Analytics property. For details, please see our guide here: https://www.monsterinsights.com/docs/google-permissions-for-oauth/

We also have usage tracking to help us better understand our users, which you can learn more about here: https://www.monsterinsights.com/docs/usage-tracking/

If you would prefer to opt-out of usage tracking, you can disable the option at Insights ? Settings by turning off the Allow Usage Tracking
    option.

With our Lite (free) version, we help you track critical site statistics (such as page views in the last 30 days, top posts and pages, etc) and this data can be viewed in our Overview report that we insert at Insights ? Reports. Additionally, you’ll automatically track custom events such as telephone and email click tracking, affiliate and outbound link tracking, and you’ll be able to view this data or view full reports of the data we help track within your Google Analytics property by going to analytics.google.com directly.

We really appreciate you for giving us a try and if you have any suggestions for the things you’d like to see in the Lite version, please let me know and I’d be happy to share your feedback with the team.

And if you’d like more help with using MonsterInsights Lite, please feel welcome to reach us at https://www.monsterinsights.com/lite-support/

    Thank you.

    I fully agree with @tekgirlymama
