Terrific plugin and the best customer support I've experienced

I’ve used Connections on a previous project and was impressed, so I finally sprang for the Pro Pack – templates and add-ons – to use on my current client’s site.

I had a few adjustment and customization issues and when I left my question on support forum, I expected to hear back within the week. After all that’s what usually happens.

NOPE. I heard back within a couple of hours, with a solid answer, and he had obviously READ my question (another rare commodity). Got that issue worked out and went on to use the plugin again on the same site, again experiencing a customization issue, and again Steven’s response was quick, professional and knowledgeable. His solution worked the first time!

This will be a breeze for my clients to edit – they won’t have to go in and be careful of <div> and

• tags etc, they can just edit in the Manage pane and automagically the listings will appear. Neatly! Professionally!
