    MailOptin is not only a welcome solution to automating mailing-list sends from WordPress (replacing the late, lamented Autochimp, among others), but it has some of the best product support of any software I’ve ever used — messages to their support emails were answered in no time flat, often with specific custom code to do something I’d requested. The plugin does a ton off the bat, but if there’s something that isn’t immediately apparent, just ask and they can generally supply the answer.
