• I’m downgrading my original enthusiastic review. As a newbie, I paid for a annual support plan, and they responded to several requests. This year though, I’ve sent over half a dozen emails outlining a problem and getting no response. After a month or so I did get an apology and a request to restate my problem, but since about February to now July, no response. I posted in the support forum thinking that might get attention, but haven’t heard from that posting over a month ago.

    I couldn’t be more pleased than I am with the support from WPCasa. I’m sort of a newbie at all of this, and I’ve had a stream of questions about setting up a site on my local MAMP on everything from best plugins to image standards, suggestions for how to handle the intermittent configuration error. Sometimes the staff has taken a day or two to respond when super busy, but usually not. Their responses have been thorough, gracious, informative, and timely.
