    Hello All,

I cannot log in to the admin area of my www.ads-software.com site: https://www.camilaprada.com

I looked at the WordPress support documents and logged into my c panel to access the phpmyadmin area they suggested. I tried using the user log in and the user password specified in phpadmin, but those do not work.

I cannot use email retrieval because I made a mistake – the user email that I inputted in to myphpadmin does not exist. The new password would not come to me but me lost in web somewhere.

I am tearing my hair out. I know nothing of codex or whatever it’s called. Any one who helps me solve this will be receiving potent positive vibrations, eminating from my person, for years to come.

    Thank you,
    Camila.

Now I’m getting an error message saying “error moving to trash” when I try logging in to wordpress. I’m just trying a bunch of different names to see if i have any luck.

Are you having trouble accessing the WordPress admin tool AND the PHPMyAdmin tool?

Yes. I cannot login into WordPress admin at all. I can get into my c panel and inside of that I CAN access the PHPMyAdmin. The c panel from the hosting company. Can you suggest something I can do within the c panel so that I can log in to wordpress again?

i just erased the database. start over with new password. no biggie.

In the future if you have that problem, you could have gone into the wp_users table and edited the user record. Change the user_pass field and set the function to MD5.
