Test blog instance: wp-admin points to production path
-
After upgrading to 2.0.2 I discovered my “test blog” environment isn’t quite right. Normal blog functions work fine, but
[1] the links in wp-admin haven’t changed, e.g., the Dashboard menu bar links look like
https://seekerblog.com/wp-admin/themes.php
when they should be
https://seekerblog.com/test/wp-admin/themes.php
[2] If I just type in the correct /test/ URL, then I find that the admin action links are correct – e.g., to activate a theme:
https://seekerblog.com/test/wp-admin/themes.php?action=activate&template=default&stylesheet=default
But any admin-action, such as change theme or deactivate plugin results in the error
“Sorry, you need to enable sending referrers for this feature to work.”
This is not a browser/firewall problem – I’m pretty sure it’s my /test configuration.
Any tips mucho appreciated!
Steve
