    Hi! Help please. The test email is not sent. What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks for reaching out and we’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Other SMTP mailer.

    Based on the error message “SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. SMTP Server Error: Failed to connect to server”, your SMTP server refused the connection. This could be for a number of reasons, so we would recommend double checking your settings with your SMTP server provider to se if you have all the correct settings.

    Alternatively, you can try setting up an alternative mailer to see if this issue is mailer specific. You can try setting up the Sendinblue mailer by following the instructions outlined here.

    Afterward you can attempt sending another test email.
