Test email are not being sent out

– If you are not able to send the test email from the plugin, it means SMTP is not configured correctly.
– Can you please check if you are able to send the test email from SMTP plugin.

Regarding the not capturing abandoned carts,
– This issue may cause due to the disabled cron or misconfiguration of the cron.

– Have you disabled the cron from your site? If yes then you need to add external cron from Cpanel.
