Test email is successful but Contact Us messages never received

    Hello,
    I have installed WPForms and have set up a Contact Us template and saved. I also installed WP Mail SMTP Plugin. I did the “Test send of email” from the admin email address and received it. However, when I go to the website and fill in the Contact Us form to send email to the website (admin email address) it is never received.
    HELP.

    Thanks for reaching out. When you get a chance, could you please share what is the mailer you’re using in WP Mail SMTP, or if possible please provide screenshots from the WP Mail SMTP settings and Notification Settings in WPForms.

    This will give us an idea on what might be going on.
