test email not being sent

    Hi,

    I just installed this plugin that looks great but I have tried to send a test email for all the automations I have created and it fails every single time (the button greys out and I have never received any email, I have tried different and that does not change anything). I have seen another user reporting this issue 6 months ago, apparently it was fixed. I’m afraid that regular emails will not work either then. Could you help me?

    Hi there,

    It looks like on a plugin or some JS conflict.

    Could you please try and test regular emails? Create an automation, and act like a customer. So, place a test order and check whether you receive an email or not.

    the issue got fixed by itself after a few days (without having done anything). So all good now but I have idea what happened initially. Thanks
