    Hi,

If you actually got that test email – all is good. Sendgrid may experience some issues, so it’s better to ask them. Perhaps, you need to wait some time before the actual data will be correctly reflected in the Sendgrid dashboard.

Sorry i didn’t explain, i didn’t actually get the test email.

Sendgrid should provide more details – whether it was bounced etc.
In short, you didn’t get an email, but it was sent (as it’s displayed in Sendgrid dashboard) – am I correct?

SendGrid states that it was ‘Not Delivered’

Here are a couple of screenshots of what is going on:

    SENDGRID ACTIVITY FEED:

    WP MAIL LOGGING LOG

To recap, i set up your plugin to the letter, sent a test email with your plugin. WP Mail Log plugin says it left my site, SendGrid recognises it was sent, but did not deliver it to the email address used in the ‘send to’ field of ‘Send a test email’.

I’m sorry, I don’t know why this has been marked resolved, as it hasn’t been resolved, I still have the problem.

The plug-in did its job – it has sent the email through Sendgrid. So the plugin works ok.
What your screenshot is showing is that Sendgrid can’t deliver, which is an absolutely another problem, not related to the WP Mail SMTP.

I understand, that this does not resolve your problem, but I can’t support third-party services, especially for free.

Check the recipient email address – whether it works or not at all, can you send manually an email to it using your usual email service, try to figure out the reason why it was not delivered using the tools inside the Sendgrid dashboard.

Aha, i see. Sorry for the confusion, i didn’t understood what was going on from your communication.

Thank you for your help though, much appreciated.
