  • Possibly a plugin conflict. There are several similar threads on the old Postman support site https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/postman-smtp/

I do not get the test email and received Ajax Error. Using PHP7.0 on an NGINX Webserver (Ubuntu 16.04) – Reverted to Postman until this is resolved.

Thanks I’ll have a look. I’m running my own dedicated server.

Did you try SendGrid too ?

I’m on my own machine, with a 2nd DB Server (Maria) – it is multi-tenant with just a handful of clients also running WordPress.

    thanks

I can confirm that in your case for some strange reason, the plugin didn’t had the sendgrid files.
I have fixed that, you are welcome to re-download and try gain.

    Success !!

This is extremely important for ecommerce sites, we have a modest but steady amount of email traffic.

Thank you for being so attentive to your users, this is going to give everyone a big relief.

    Thanks
