• Im experiencing what I expect to be a hosting issue but would love some more information if possible.

My smtp status is green and verified yet the email test email times out every time I try to send. I have attempted to send via tls and ssl multiple times with the correct port configurations. My host mail settings are set to remote and mx records are working as expected using google apps for business.

I contacted my clients host crazydomains to see if there is any further debugging they could help me with and they blamed google smtp saying its possible that their IP is blacklisted? They assured me that their servers are set up to handle smtp but still I have no luck.

I have had this exact plugin and API web app working on a dev host with no problems, if this is a hosting issue does anyone have any idea who is responsible so I can get this working?

I agree that its a hosting issue and not the fault of the plugin, I just wonder if anyone has had success fixing the hosting issue that causes this to happen.

The website is question is not using a CDN nor is it on a cloud host. Its just a standard shared host from a cheap hosting provider.
