The Test Emails extension is currently only available to support subscribers. As a premium support subscriber, you probably already know you can get immediate support at https://rocketgeek.com/
Those two additional emails are fairly new so the extension has not yet been updated to accommodate them.
I’m actually working on an update that will handle both of these as well as only triggering the emails that a particular setup may use (i.e. if the PayPal extension is not used, then the related emails would not be in there).
Since the new API allows for the adding of custom emails (which is what the PayPal extension uses to add the renewal reminder), I’d like to work out a way to also include any custom triggered emails that exist through the API, but that may have to wait one more update cycle.
