    Glad to help. Deactivating all other plugins is a good troubleshooting move. The next thing to try would be switching temporarily to the default WP theme and trying again. Also checking the site’s access log (different than the error log) will provide the server request status (e.g., 200, 403, 404, etc.), which would be very useful to know.
