Test image not found

    I’m having some trouble with getting this up and running.

    Ten minutes after installing and registering on a site, I tried the test image link on the settings page and got ‘not found’.

    I tried to switch on the CDN but my site was loaded without any images, scripts or styles, so I had to switch off again quickly since it’s a high traffic site.

    URL is https://www.cybercasinoindex.com

    Any advice appreciated.

    Hello,

    At the time of you writing that post, there was a minor problem with the deployment process of our CDN. That was resolved last week and your test URL should be working right now.

    I tested it and it works for me – please try again?

    Thanks very much.

    On the site in question we switched to Photon, but I’ve now tried Shift8 on a different site and it’s working fine – nice and fast.

    Same issue is happening with my site also.

    Hello,

    An issue was identified and resolved. There is some maintenance that needs to happen to the mechanics with how sites are propagated throughout the CDN. I have manually fixed the issue now and will work towards ensuring it doesnt happen again moving forward.

    Can everyone try the test url now and confirm it is working for them?
