We’ve seen a similar issue caused by caching configuration. If you have a caching plugin enabled, could you please temporarily deactivate it and see if that helps?

Additionally, could you please follow these steps to do a conflict test?

If that doesn’t help, please share your site’s system status report so we can help further.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

Can you please try 2 things:

* Enable test mode, then save. Then disable test mode and save.
* Check with your host about any caching that they have enabled on the server side of things that might be conflicting here.

Thank you very much. I had already tried, but without success.

I also investigated with my hosting and there are no technical impediments on how it works.

To be precise: the plug-in was already up and running regularly. I noticed the problem from the last order received: the transaction happened regularly (I received the Stripe notification via email), but the order was placed in the status “Waiting for payment” and nothing appears in the notes (transaction outcomes, transaction ID, etc…)

When nothing appears in the notes and there is no transaction id and the order does not transition to a paid status, we assume that is caused by a fatal error. Please do see your fatal error logs for the same date that this order happened on for clues as to what caused it.
