    Hello,
    I have an issue and I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.
    I’ve configured the SMTP settings correctly, the test mail is sent.
    However, when I enter data into the contact form and hit Submit, it displays error.

    Could it be a hosting provider issue? Any help really appreciated!

    Do you actually receive the mail?

    If you could provide the error message you get, a link to your Contact Form 7 form plus all your input in the Form and Mail sections of the CF7 interface, and others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able to offer a possible solution.

    Actually, when I enter the company’s mail settings ([email protected]) the test mail is sent and when I submit the form it displays a success message. However the actual e-mail with the input data isn’t sent (not inbox neither spam folder)

    When I try to use a different e-mail (my gmail) it doesn’t sent the test at all. The SMTP Error Log displays Network Unreachable (103)…

    Where are you getting an SMTP Error Log?
